Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking a logistics coordinator to build technicians' routes, schedule workloads, and coordinate parts dispatch with the CET and warehouse. You will manage disruptions and maintain proactive communication with staff and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role involves responding to inquiries via Zendesk and phone, handling urgent issues with calm judgment, and contributing to ecological transition within an agile team.

Qualifications

• Organized and responsive, able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with both verbal and written communication.
• Calm and rigorous, able to handle urgent situations with sound judgment.
• Motivated to contribute to the ecological transition while working in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Experience in logistics, scheduling/planning, or customer support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build technicians' routes and schedules using the 7Opteam tool to optimize productivity and travel.
• Coordinate the dispatch of parts in collaboration with the CET and the warehouse.
• Manage daily disruptions: absences, delays, unreachable customers, delivery issues, and appointment rescheduling.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with technicians, managers, and other staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and telephone.
• Inform, reassure, and propose rapid solutions when issues arise.
• Process post-service files (quotes/estimates, claims, and ticket follow-up).
