Jobtailor in Bordeaux is seeking a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to optimize technician routes and ensure service continuity for a diverse client base. You will organize schedules, coordinate with clients by phone and email, and support geospatial constraints to maximize utilization.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in scheduling or logistics, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with office software including Excel.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary qualification equivalent to Bac to Bac+2 in logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to organize routes considering on-site constraints and optimize travel.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient with office software, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize technician schedules, taking into account their qualifications, service times, and geographical constraints to maximize utilization
• Manage client relations by phone and email: answer incoming calls, take orders, propose service dates, and diplomatically negotiate deadlines
• Manage day-to-day contingencies by quickly finding solutions to maintain service continuity
• Gather information from clients to facilitate technicians’ service visits
• Enter and update data in the relevant tools to ensure rigorous tracking of client files
• Work with all types of clients within the Client Relations Center based in Pessac
• Report to the Branch Director, Jean-Baptiste

Requirements

• A post-secondary qualification equivalent to a French Bac to Bac+2 in logistics or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience in scheduling or logistics
• Ability to efficiently organize routes while taking on-site constraints into account and optimize travel
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to handle client requests diplomatically, negotiate deadlines, and maintain trusted relationships
• Proficiency in office software
• Comfortable using Excel
