Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Business Solutions Manager to bridge customers, commercial teams, operations, and IT. You will design, implement, and continuously enhance customer-facing solutions including web platforms, EDI, and dashboards to improve visibility and performance.

Role requires translating business needs into scalable tools, spanning pre-sales to deployment and ongoing optimization, in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Strong background in freight forwarding, transportation or global supply chain environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support bid teams during tenders and solution presentations.
• Promote standard digital solutions, web platforms, and EDI capabilities.
• Analyze customer requirements for reporting, visibility, and data exchange needs.
• Design customer-focused business solutions aligned with operations and goals.
• Lead implementation of solutions for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate EDI implementation projects with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and configure customer reports, KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Provide data quality and control reporting to support operational excellence.
• Document requirements within SOPs and processes.
