Job summary

CEVA Logistics in France seeks a Customer Business Solutions Manager to bridge customers, commercial teams, operations and IT. You will design, implement, and continuously enhance customer-facing solutions, including web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools, and dashboards to improve visibility and supply chain performance.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, guiding projects from pre-sales through deployment and ongoing optimization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Global Supply Chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, customer-facing solutions, EDI, reporting tools, and logistics systems (TMS).
• Proven ability to manage projects and translate customer requirements into effective business solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance customer-facing business solutions, including web platforms, EDI integrations, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate EDI implementation projects with customers and internal teams, create customer reports, KPIs, and dashboards, and monitor performance.
