Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business/Marketing/Pharmacy or related field.
• At least 3 years in senior marketing roles within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• English required.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in market data analysis (IQVIA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• Elaborate and implement the marketing plan for product portfolios from strategy to tactics in line with the overall company plan.
• Manage the marketing budget and analyze product profitability and commercial success with a cross-functional team.
• Roll out marketing strategies and annual plans within the country, aligned with global objectives.
• Implement and monitor product launches, campaigns, advertising activities, and events to strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate creation and adaptation of marketing materials ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales to define promotional campaigns, evaluate results and provide tools to optimize performance.
• Contribute to annual and periodic sales forecasts based on marketing insights.
• Present new products and marketing initiatives during national and regional sales meetings.
• Maintain effective communication across departments about progress and market feedback.
• Conduct brand and product portfolio presentations for medical promotion teams, sales teams, pharmacists, and events.
