Job summary

DHL Group in France seeks a Business Development Manager to drive Life Sciences opportunities and respond to complex tenders from La Plaine Saint-Denis. Based in the Life Sciences division, you will lead strategic opportunities and coordinate with operations, finance, engineering, and QHSE.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5–10 years in logistics business development, with essential Life Sciences / Healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in business development in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities in Life Sciences.
• Lead responses to tenders end-to-end.
• Coordinate internal teams across functions (operations, engineering, QHSE, finance).
• Develop competitive proposals (pricing, solution design).
• Draft and present proposals to clients in French and English.
