TransPerfect Life Sciences in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships with B2B clients in the life sciences sector. You will act as the first level of support, educate clients about TransPerfect’s services, and coordinate with production teams to meet client expectations.

In this role you will identify prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and help manage pricing and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B account management in life sciences is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business relationships and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of TransPerfect’s capabilities and advantages.
• Identify prospective customers and focus on sales opportunities.
• Develop client relationships through cold calling, internet, and trade shows.
• Qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities with Sales Management.
• Educate clients on services and educate on value proposition.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations with Production.
• Handle pricing and contractual issues with knowledge of company procedures.
