Responsabilités

• Develop prospective clients through internet sourcing, trade show lists, referrals, and directories.
• Foster and close new clients via referrals, cold calling, networking, and events.
• Grow new business from existing clients with senior leadership alignment.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients about translation process, TransPerfect’s rates and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
• Understand industries TransPerfect serves and stay informed on trends.
• Perform special projects or duties as required.
