• Proven experience leading and developing technical or scientific teams.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in confocal fluorescence microscopy and Life Science imaging.
• Experience supporting customers in academic or industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the EMEAI Life ScienceSpecialization Segment team.
• Drive growth and identify market opportunities within Life Science across EMEAI.
• Coordinate demonstrations, workshops, and training activities for customers and partners.
• Maintain high-quality CRM activity reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Service to implement strategic growth initiatives.
