Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Senior Director, Sales – EMEA to lead the regional sales organization for our analytical instrumentation business. This hybrid role requires translating global strategy into regional execution, driving profitable growth, and delivering strong commercial performance across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will report to the VP of Global Sales & Applications and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Service, and senior leadership to

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field plus 12+ years in analytical instrumentation or complex technical sales.
5+ years leading regional sales teams across EMEA with multinational exposure.
Proven revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial transformation experience.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute a multi-year regional commercial plan aligned with global objectives.
Own regional bookings and gross margin with solid forecasting and pricing governance.
Partner with Applications, Product Management and Marketing to accelerate growth.
Lead direct and channel sales across EMEA and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Build high-performing regional sales teams and promote a coaching culture.
Ensure CRM discipline, territory management, and compliance across the region.
