Oxford Instruments Life Science seeks a seasoned Specialization Segment Leader for Life Science (EMEAI) to drive growth and lead a geographically dispersed team across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. This leadership role combines scientific depth with people leadership to deliver superior customer experiences and strategic business impact.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading technical or scientific teams to deliver growth.
Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
Extensive hands-on expertise in confocal microscopy and life science imaging.
Experience supporting customers in academic or industrial environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop the EMEAI Life Science team to drive growth and customer success.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Service to shape strategic growth initiatives.
Provide best-in-class application support and demonstrations.
Mentor team members and manage performance across regions.
Gather Voice of Customer feedback for product and workflow improvements.
