Takara Bio seeks a Business Development Manager to drive OEM and Industrial Enzyme Supply growth across the EMEA, focusing on molecular diagnostics, genetics, oncology, precision medicine and LDTs. The role blends business development, strategic account management and complex B2B sales.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop customer solutions, execute strategies, and maximize opportunities while maintaining Salesforce CRM data and monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience in life-science/biotech/diagnostics.
• Proven track record in closing complex B2B opportunities with long cycles.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify new opportunities in OEM and Industrial Enzyme Supply across EMEA.
• Develop strategic account plans and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Engage with technical and procurement stakeholders; forecast monthly sales.
