Responsibilities include leading Lean methodologies and developing a culture of continuous improvement while managing a small team. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management, along with strong knowledge of Lean principles and bilingual proficiency in French and English.
