GitGuardian, a cybersecurity scale-up, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Paris to build pipelines for Tech, Product, and cross-functional roles. You will partner with local stakeholders to accelerate decisions and enhance our candidate experience.

The role embraces an outbound-first approach, leveraging an AI-powered recruiting stack and modern tools to expand the candidate pool across France and Europe, while strengthening the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven track record of generating a relevant pipeline and running outbound campaigns.
• Experience recruiting software engineers or technical profiles with credible tech stack understanding.
• Expertise closing candidates in a competitive tech market.
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across the business.
• Versatility hiring for Legal, HR and Technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Build strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for Tech, Product, Operations, HR, Finance and Legal.
• Partner with French stakeholders to support hiring decisions and challenge them for speed.
• Provide a white-glove candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
• Grow GitGuardian’s employer brand in France and Europe.
