GitGuardian in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to build strong candidate pipelines for Tech and Product roles, and to expand our recruiting efforts across France and Europe.
You will partner with French stakeholders, ensure a white-glove candidate experience, and help drive our outbound strategy with an AI-first recruiting stack, reporting to the TA Lead.

You will join a Talent Acquisition team of three recruiters in Paris and one in New York. Our next step is to become outbound-driven: proactively mapping and engaging talent rather than relying on inbound applications.
