Job summary

Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping platform, seeks a Lead Product Manager for the Business Lines tribe to grow online, in-store, and gift-card revenue. You will manage PMs across three task forces, align strategy with leadership, and own the end-to-end revenue chain.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to convert user insights into concrete features while navigating privacy and payment ecosystem changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, adtech or affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus but optional.

Responsibilities

• Set the tribe’s strategy and arbitrate between three task forces to allocate resources and priorities.
• Own the revenue chain end to end, identify leaks, size levers, and drive measurable impact.
• Deep-dive into affiliate tracking, card-linked payments, checkout and coupon flows; challenge diagnoses and make final calls.
