Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping platform, seeks a Lead Product Manager for the Platform tribe. You will own the roadmap end-to-end, lead Product Managers, and align with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to turn ideas into scalable internal tooling.

You will define strategy, drive critical bets like Joker and Gotham, and ensure security, compliance and reliability while enabling rapid, data-driven decision making across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including leadership or mentoring of other Product Managers.
• Background in internal tools, back‑office products, APIs, platforms or complex B2B products is a strong plus.
• AI fluency and hands-on use of AI tools in daily work.
• Comfort building for internal users where efficiency and adoption matter more than polish.

Responsabilités

• Set the tribe's strategy: decide what Platform builds, in what order, and what it stops doing.
• Own Joker and Gotham: drive production-grade agent platform and permission model.
• Build the automation layer: expose actions as scoped tools and define agent instructions.
• Retire obsolete tools and migrate off legacy systems without breaking teams.
• Own security, compliance and reliability: identity, data retention, audit, and governance.
• Lead and grow the Product Managers who own the tribe's task forces.
• Be the interface for Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal and Data, defining success in time saved and cost removed.
