Job summary

Joko is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Platform tribe to accelerate internal AI capabilities. You will own the roadmap end to end, guide PMs on task forces, and help scale Joker and Gotham while evolving the automation layer. You’ll balance internal tool needs with product quality and team growth.

You have 5+ years in Product, strong AI fluency, and thrive building for internal users. Based in France or Spain, you’ll report to the VP Product and shape the future of Joko’s platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including leadership or mentoring of PMs.
• Background on internal tools, back-office, APIs, platforms or complex B2B products is a plus.
• AI fluency and hands-on familiarity with AI tools used in product work.
• Experience building for internal users with efficiency and adoption as core KPIs.
• Strong technical appetite for infrastructure, identity, permissions, security and data architecture.
• Proven management experience and ability to grow Product Managers.
• Excellent alignment, prioritization and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Data-driven, impact-oriented mindset focused on real operational problems.
• Clear, structured communication translating technical topics to business impact.
• Based in France or Spain; fluent English; French a plus but optional.

Responsibilities

• Set the tribe's strategy: define Platform roadmap and prioritize what to build, in what order.
• Own Joker and Gotham: drive production-grade agent platform and permission model.
• Build the automation layer with a capability-first approach; expose actions as tools.
• Migrate away from legacy tools while keeping teams productive.
• Own security, compliance and reliability across the platform.
• Lead and grow PMs, mentor team, and define success in saved time and reduced risk.
• Interface with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care to align demands.
• Be the main liaison for the company and communicate trade-offs clearly.
