Job summary

Joko is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Platform tribe to make the internal AI agent infrastructure faster, safer and more agentic. You will report to the VP Product, own the tribe’s roadmap end to end, and lead Product Managers as the team grows.

You will drive Joker and Gotham, build the automation layer, and partner with Engineering, Design and Business to scale processes across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including mentoring other Product Managers.
• Experience leading internal tools, back-office products or platforms is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but optional.

Responsibilities

• Set the tribe strategy and roadmap for Platform end-to-end.
• Own Joker and Gotham and drive production-grade agent platform work.
• Build the automation layer with scoped tools and agent workflows.
• Retire obsolete tools and migrate to streamlined systems.
• Own security, compliance, reliability and data governance.
• Lead, mentor and grow the Product Managers on the tribe.
