Job summary

Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Core UX task force. You will own cross-platform surfaces—navigation, onboarding, login, cash-back, search, and redemption—driving them from problem framing through delivery and post-launch monitoring.

You will work with a Product Designer and engineers, reporting to the Scale tribe lead, Damien. You will balance platform constraints across iOS, Android, desktop extensions, and web apps, while driving performance, reliability, and foundational work like

Qualifications

3+ years experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products
Experience owning end-to-end scope and roadmaps
Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, eng, and business teams
Comfort with data-driven decision making and analytics
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Hands-on with AI tools in product work is expected

Responsibilities

Own core surfaces and end-to-end experiences for the Core UX task force
Decide cross-platform trade-offs and where platform-specific divergence is warranted
Define and monitor performance and reliability as a product feature
Lead foundational work like design systems and tooling
Drive discovery and ship improvements to user moments that matter
Align stakeholders and arbitrate competing needs for the core surfaces
