Joko USA Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager for the Platform tribe to accelerate AI‑driven internal tools and a production‑grade agent platform. You will own the tribe's roadmap, drive Joker and Gotham initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design and Business teams to deliver high‑impact capabilities.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and shape strategic decisions to scale Joko globally from a France/Spain base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience, including leadership or mentoring
• Proficient in AI concepts and practical tool usage
• Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and product direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building internal tools, back‑office products or APIs
• Comfort with data‑driven decision making and discovery
• Comfortable working with internal teams and aligning priorities
• Location: based in France or Spain; fluent in English; French a plus

Responsabilités

• Set the tribe's strategy and roadmap for the Platform team.
• Own Joker and Gotham products and drive production‑grade capabilities.
• Build the automation layer and define tool interfaces with minimal screen time.
• Migrate away from legacy tools while ensuring teams stay productive.
• Own security, compliance and reliability across the platform.
• Lead, mentor and grow Product Managers within the tribe.
• Be the interface for Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal and Data.
