Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) France is seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Solution Architect to join the Presales team in France. You will lead the design of end‑to‑end IT Managed Services solutions across Workplace, Data Center, Cloud, Networks, and Service Management.

You will own the technical solution through the RFI/RFP lifecycle, collaborating with SMEs and sales teams to develop competitive, commercially viable proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Infrastructure Solution Architecture and IT Managed Services Presales, including RFI/RFP processes.
• Strong knowledge of EUC, M365, Intune, VDI/DaaS, endpoint management.
• Experience across Data Center & Cloud, on‑prem & hybrid, with Azure/AWS/GCP and DR/backup.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of IT Managed Services solutions across Workplace, Data Center, Cloud, Networks and Service Management.
• Own the technical solution throughout the RFI/RFP lifecycle and align with customer objectives.
• Coordinate SMEs to create coherent, secure, and scalable architectures.

Context:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our Presales team in France.

In this role, you will lead the design of end-to-end IT Managed Services solutions for large enterprise clients, covering Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Data Center & Cloud, Networks, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

You will play a key role in RFI/RFP processes, working closely with technical experts, sales teams, and customers to develop innovative, competitive, and commercially viable infrastructure solutions.

Who you are:

• You have a strong background in IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Solution Architecture, with proven experience in a Presales environment.
• You have successfully led complex infrastructure solution design activities for large enterprise clients.
• You are comfortable working across multiple infrastructure domains and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• You have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• You can translate business requirements into technical solutions while considering operational and financial constraints.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented problem-solving skills.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end design of IT Managed Services solutions across Workplace, Data Center, Cloud, Networks, and Service Management.
• Own the technical solution throughout the RFI/RFP lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to consolidate infrastructure architectures into coherent, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Define service delivery models, Target Operating Models (TOM), governance frameworks, and service management processes.
• Develop transition and transformation strategies, including migration approaches, automation opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Work closely with Sales, Bid Management, and Pricing teams to develop competitive proposals, cost models, and commercial solutions.
• Identify technical and operational risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure solution feasibility.
• Prepare and present solution proposals, technical presentations, and executive summaries to customers.
• Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions, and bid presentations.

Technical skills :

Must-have:

• Proven experience in Infrastructure Solution Architecture and IT Managed Services Presales, including RFI/RFP processes.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies across:
• Digital Workplace Services: EUC, Microsoft 365, Intune, VDI/DaaS, endpoint management.
• Data Center & Cloud: On-premises and hybrid infrastructure, Azure/AWS/GCP, backup and disaster recovery.
• Networks: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, network monitoring and security.
• Experience designing end-to-end managed services solutions and Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Understanding of infrastructure transition, transformation, and service delivery processes.
• Experience with solution costing, pricing models, and commercial proposal development.
• Ability to coordinate technical SMEs and ensure consistency across multiple infrastructure domains.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-have:

• ITIL v4 certification.
• Experience with SIAM and multi-vendor service integration.
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with AIOps, infrastructure automation, and observability tools.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with FinOps and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Experience in large-scale IT outsourcing or infrastructure transformation programs.
