Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators and own BeReal's creative production, helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.

You will prioritize and drive creative production, recruit and coach 2–3 people, analyze performance, define actions, and share best practices with other teams. Fluency in English is required; Paris-based, with flexibility on remote days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry.
• Proven track record leading high-impact projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for BeReal and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits

• Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy

• Lead up to 2/3 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density

• Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs

• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams

• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

Profile

• You have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry

• You’ve successfully led high-impact projects

• You speak and write English fluently
