Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators and own creative production for a broad scope of our games and apps, turning great products into global hits. You will prioritise production, analyse performance, drive KPIs, and lead up to six people, recruiting and coaching to grow talent across the team; fluent English is required.

• 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing in gaming or mobile apps
• Proven track record of managing a team in a creative field
• Led high-impact projects
• Fluent in English written and spoken

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for a large scope of our games or apps and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.

• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy

• Analyze your team's performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs

• Lead up to 6 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density

• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams

• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

Profile

• You have 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing, in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry

• You have an extensive track record of managing a team in a creative field

• You’ve successfully led high-impact projects

• You speak and write English fluently

• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
