Job summary

Voodoo, leader du secteur des jeux mobiles, recherche un Lead Creative Manager pour piloter une équipe créative. Vous serez en charge de la production créative pour plusieurs jeux en veillant à l'efficacité de votre équipe. Ce rôle clé nécessite une expérience confirmée en marketing créatif, avec une capacité à inspirer et diriger une équipe talentueuse.

Qualifications

• Expérience de plus de 6 ans en marketing de performance créatif, dans l'industrie des jeux et/ou des applications mobiles.
• Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'une équipe dans un domaine créatif.
• A mené avec succès des projets à fort impact.

Responsibilities

• Prioriser et diriger la production créative pour plusieurs jeux en fonction de la stratégie produit.
• Analyser les performances de l'équipe, définir des plans d'action et atteindre les KPIs.
• Diriger une équipe de jusqu'à 6 personnes: recruter, coacher et augmenter la densité de talents.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for a large scope of our games or apps and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.

• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy

• Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs

• Lead up to 6 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density

• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams

• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

Profile

• You have 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing, in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry

• You have an extensive track record of managing a team in a creative field

• You’ve successfully led high-impact projects

• You speak and write English fluently
