Voodoo is seeking a Lead Creative Manager to oversee BeReal's creative production and drive performance marketing globally. You will lead a small squad, recruit and coach talent, and steer projects to test new tools and improve processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, delivering creative concepts that scale user acquisition and engagement while maintaining candor, freedom, and responsibility in the culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry.
• Led high-impact projects with measurable results.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Values candor, freedom, and responsibility in the workplace.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy.
• Lead up to 2/3 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density.
• Analyze team performance, define action plans, and hit KPIs.
• Discover new creative concepts and share best practices with other creative teams.
• Lead key projects to test new tools and improve processes.

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for BeReal and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits

Profile

• You have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
• You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
• You speak and write English fluently
