Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive adoption of Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) therapies across Eastern France, covering Nancy, Metz and Dijon. You will partner with interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists, provide clinical education, and manage strategic accounts to grow procedural volumes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
• Proven success within the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Structural Heart or Interventional Cardiology procedures.
• Strong account management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional level French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Growth: achieve and exceed territory sales objectives; develop and execute strategic account plans; lead commercial negotiations and tenders; communicate the clinical and economic value of our LAAO portfolio; identify new opportunities and monitor competitors; build relationships with key decision-makers and clinical stakeholders; support local KOL development.
• Support Clinical Excellence: provide procedural support during LAAO interventions; partner with physicians on case planning and clinical discussions; deliver product and therapy education to physicians and cath lab teams; support imaging-guided workflows and procedural optimization; collaborate with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists and imaging specialists to improve outcomes.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: maintain CRM data, track opportunities and forecast; manage consignment inventory and product availability; report product events per policies; operate in compliance with quality, legal and ethical standards.
