LAAO Territory Growth Manager – Eastern France

Abbott in France is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive LAAO therapy adoption across Eastern France, covering Nancy, Metz, and Dijon. You will work with interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists to grow procedural volumes and improve patient access.

In this field-based role you will manage accounts, lead clinical and commercial activities, provide procedural support, and educate physicians while ensuring compliant, data-driven growth across your territory.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or a related field.
• Proven success within the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Structural Heart or Interventional Cardiology procedures.
• Strong experience working with Interventional Cardiologists.
• Previous exposure to LAAO therapies, including commercial and/or procedural support responsibilities.
• Strong account management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional level French and English.

Responsabilités

• Drive territory sales objectives and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Nancy, Metz and Dijon.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders and purchasing discussions.
• Communicate the clinical and economic value of our LAAO portfolio.
• Identify new opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and clinical staff.
• Support development of local key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Provide procedural support during LAAO interventions.
• Partner with physicians on case planning and clinical discussions.
• Deliver product and therapy education to physicians and cath lab teams.
• Support imaging-guided workflows and procedural optimization.
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and Imaging Specialists.
