Qualifications

• Source and engage top talent for our consulting teams and client projects.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-potential candidates.
• Present Sircle's culture and opportunities to candidates, highlighting our human-centric approach.
• Address candidate needs with personalized, transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, universities and professional networks.
• Collaborate with client's hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Explore new channels and tools to enhance our talent pipeline and employer branding.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding with autonomy and adaptability.
• Stay ahead of market trends in talent acquisition and continuously improve processes.
