Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Sourcing.sh is a full-time, on-site position based in Paris. In this role, the specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping and sourcing to interviewing and offer management. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identifying and engaging talent through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data, and support continuous improvement of hiring processes. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to help scale the organization with high-quality, diverse talent.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to support Employer Branding initiatives and promote the organization in the talent market.
• Previous experience in in-house talent acquisition or agency recruiting, ideally in tech or startup environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapting to evolving hiring priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; familiarity with data-driven recruiting practices is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French language skills are highly beneficial for the Paris location.
