• Develop, prospect and maintain long-term relationships with Corporate and Retail clients to support business growth.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and manage client relationship documentation.
• Welcome clients, address their requests and support day-to-day banking operations.
• Organize client meetings and visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Recommend suitable banking products and collaborate with internal departments to provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and compliance requirements in all activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

You are going to join the Banking Department of BOC Paris Branch as a Junior Relationship Manager. Ideal for recent graduates or those seeking their first professional experience.

• Develop, prospect and maintain long-term relationships with Corporate and Retail clients to support business growth.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes, manage client relationship documentation, and ensure proper administrative follow-up of client files.
• Welcome clients, address their requests, and provide support in their day-to-day banking operations and needs.
• Organize client meetings and visits to strengthen business relationships, understand client needs, and identify new business opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate banking products and services tailored to clients’ needs and collaborate with internal departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and compliance requirements in all client-related activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Your qualifications are :

• Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent).
• Previous experience in relationship management, corporate banking, retail banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong client-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with clients.
• Good understanding of banking products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with a good command of French.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
