Bank of China Paris Branch invites a Risk Manager-Due Diligence to join its Risk Management Department. You will conduct multi-language due diligence on client credit projects and perform compliance reviews for corporate clients, reporting to head office when approvals are required.

You will maintain ledgers, compile statistics, and act as secretary for the credit committee. You will also assist in monitoring credit asset quality and producing quarterly and special risk reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in French and Chinese with good command of English.
• Strong proficiency in Core Banking systems and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct due diligence on single-client credit projects in French, Chinese, or English.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance review for corporate credit projects.
• Report credit projects requiring head office approval and manage the CCMS workflow.
• Communicate and refine head office credit approval policies and processes.
• Maintain credit approval project ledger and prepare analysis reports.
• Serve as secretary for the credit committee and support risk monitoring.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting credit asset quality and related reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

You are going to join the Risk Management Department of BOC Paris Branch as a Risk Manager-Due Diligence.

• Conduct due diligence on single-client credit projects in French, Chinese, or English.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance review for corporate/group client credit projects.
• Report credit projects requiring head office approval.
• Manage the CCMS credit approval workflow.
• Communicate and refine head office credit approval policies and processes.
• Maintain credit approval project ledger, compile relevant statistics, and prepare approval quality and efficiency analysis reports.
• Serve as secretary for the credit committee.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting credit asset quality, including quarterly inventory reports and special risk review reports.
• Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Your qualifications are :

• Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
• At least 3 year of experience in a similar position (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
• Bilingual in French and Chinese, with a good command of English
• Strong proficiency in BOC core banking systems (Core Banking), with advanced skills in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
