Bank of China Paris Branch is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to oversee both individual and corporate client portfolios, developing and maintaining relationships across cross-border banking services.

You will promote a full range of products, identify client needs, and drive cross-selling while ensuring compliance with French regulations. Fluency in Chinese and French is required, with English a plus, and a proactive, internationally minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of banking or financial services experience; corporate or retail banking preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and French; English proficiency a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain target individual and corporate clients, expanding the mid-to-high-net-worth base.
• Promote a full range of banking products for retail and corporate clients.
• Identify clients’ financial needs and drive cross-selling between corporate and retail banking.
• Design and implement tailored financial solutions and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with French regulations (KYC, AML) and maintain accurate records.
• Build local partnerships and organize client engagement events.
