Bank of China Paris Branch is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to develop and maintain relationships with Corporate and Retail clients in Paris. The role emphasizes onboarding support, client documentation, and day-to-day banking needs.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong communication skills, bilingual English and Chinese, and a good command of French. You will work in a multicultural environment within the Banking Department.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in relationship management, corporate banking, retail banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong client-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with clients.
• Solid understanding of banking products, regulations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop, prospect and maintain long-term relationships with Corporate and Retail clients to support business growth.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and manage client relationship documentation.
• Welcome clients, address their requests and support day-to-day banking operations.
• Organize client meetings and visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Recommend suitable banking products and collaborate with internal departments to provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and compliance requirements in all activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
