Jobtailor in Versailles, France seeks an IT support specialist to provide advanced technical assistance to end users, manage installations, and troubleshoot complex issues.

You will work in a multinational environment, handle Active Directory, and train users on Microsoft 365 and Copilot. A BAC+2 or equivalent IT training is required, with knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Proven IT service management and change management experience.
• Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 or equivalent IT training.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
• Experience in SOX- or ISO-certified environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to work in international, multicultural environments.

• Experience working in SOX- or ISO-certified environments
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
• Ability to work in international, multicultural environments
• Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 (e.g., associate degree) or equivalent IT training
• A Microsoft certification would be a plus
• Advanced level of English
