Goyard Inc. in Paris seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain and improve IT equipment and applications in boutique and office settings. You will resolve incidents, support business applications, and help ensure secure, stable IT operations.

The role requires an IT background with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in retail or distribution networks. Good Windows knowledge and familiarity with MDM solutions and Cegid / CBR Retail are a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in IT with at least 4 years of experience, ideally in retail or distribution.
• Good command of Windows environments.
• Knowledge of an MDM solution is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cegid Retail or Cegid Y2 is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Resolve incidents in Boutique and Office environments.

• Provide technical support on projects (deployment of new tools).

Within a team of 26 employees (including 3 based in Asia), you will be dedicated to user support in office and counter settings for the company’s IT equipment. You will ensure incident resolution and optimize tool performance. You will take preventive measures to ensure stable and secure IT applications and infrastructure to avoid potential service interruptions.

Your main tasks will include:

• -Resolving incidents in Boutique and Office environments,
• -Supporting users on business applications (Cegid Y2, ...),
• -Supporting users on IT equipment (cash registers, PDAs, multifunction printers, Zebra printers...),
• -Providing technical support on projects (deployment of new tools),
• -Management of equipment and supplier renewals,
• -Writing guides and training users.

With a background in IT, you have at least 4 years of experience, ideally in the retail sector or in a distribution network environment :

• -You have a good command of Windows environments
• -Ideally, you have knowledge of an MDM solution
• -You have a solid foundation in networking (TCP/IP)
• -Knowledge of CBR Retail or Cegid would be a plus
