Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Experienced IT Engineer to join our international team, delivering on-site and remote IT support while growing in a dynamic global environment. You will administer Windows-based environments, manage Azure, AD, and Office 365, and support the rollout of new applications and services across the group.

Training users and maintaining security standards will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT engineering or IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows-based environments and cloud services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users on-site and remotely.
• Conduct user training on applications, systems, and services.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security standards.
• Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems.
• Administer Windows-based environments and manage Azure/AD and cloud apps.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation and reports.
• Support rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro Group.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support to users both on-site and remotely for all technical issuesConduct user training on current and newly implemented applications, systems, and servicesEnsure data confidentiality and maintain system security standards Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systemsSupport the rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro GroupAdminister Windows-based environments Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications Monitor and maintain computer systems, including servers and workstationsDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Replace and upgrade computer components as neededAdminister Azure and on-premises Active Directory Manage cloud-based applications (e.g., Office 365, ticketing systems, Atlassian tools)Perform network and systems monitoring Create and maintain procedural documentation and generate relevant reportsPropose system improvements and innovative solutions Support business operations, including budget proposals, cost allocation, control, and reporting

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing large international IT systems and providing user support Strong expertise in computer systems, including software, hardware, devices, and emerging technologies In-depth knowledge of Windows system technologies Eagerness to learn, with a commitment to mastering selected solutions and technologies Proactive mindset, with a focus on task ownership, proposing innovative solutions, and improving existing systems Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new IT systems and infrastructure solutions Familiarity with Cloud technologies (considered an advantage) Customer-oriented approach, with a strong focus on internal client satisfaction Fluent in English, both written and spoken Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and deliver effective solutions
