Schneider Electric is seeking an IT Support Center Analyst to reinforce IT support across sites in Normandy, including Évreux, Pacy, Le Vaudreuil and Beaumont‑le‑Roger. The role combines hands-on hardware and software support with on-site visits, guided by a regional Tech Partner.

You will travel regularly, troubleshoot incidents, configure workstations, manage IT assets, and ensure timely service delivery in production environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year higher education qualification in IT, systems and networks, or IT support.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and workstations.
• Strong interest in on-site IT support and hands-on interventions.
• Ability to diagnose incidents and identify solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong user service mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Normandy.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site or remote IT support according to business needs.
• Prepare, install and configure computers, mobile devices and equipment.
• Manage local equipment inventory and IT assets.
• Support IT environments related to industrial production and site expansions.
• Coordinate interventions with regional Tech Partner and remote teams.
• Operate ServiceNow ticket queues and meet deadlines and KPIs.
