Qualifications

• Higher education in information systems or related field.
• Proven IT project management experience in complex IT environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM approaches.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specs and BRDs and project docs.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to deployment within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Support development and optimization of customer journeys and CRM processes.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and production releases.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
