Mission Context: We are seeking a project manager to lead IT projects and components of programs, initiatives, and preliminary technical and functional IT system upgrades. The workload will be defined based on current project status and the profile of the selected candidate. The role involves the following areas: • Evolution of the IT system platforms: TIBCO, Domino, and proprietary platforms; • Implementation of regulations: GDPR, AML/CFT, DMD2, DEMTEL, etc.; • Management and oversight of customer flows: telephony, SMS, emails, etc.; • Customer relationship management.Missions • Manage and estimate the studies carried out upstream of projects; • Take charge of one or more IT and/or business projects in their management and steering dimensions; • Provide operational support to the IT project managers; • Coordinate project teams as well as technical and business project managers; • Guarantee the successful completion of projects, in accordance with the commitments made at their launch.Technological skills • Very good understanding of information systems engineering and architecture topics; • Knowledge of the application development cycle: specifications, design, development, testing and production deployment.Methodological skills • Proficiency in Agile and V-model project management, as well as associated methods; • Good knowledge of the organization and operation of large accounts and their IT departments.Functional skills • Experience with similar information systems; • Experience with projects involving the evolution of application and technical platforms; • Management of IT solution development projects representing between 300 and 2,000 person-days; • Ability to organize and manage the activity of multiple stakeholders; • Clear and concise communication.Required profile • Project manager with solid experience in managing IT projects; • Ability to work on technical and functional topics, from preliminary studies to production deployment; • Proficiency in coordinating technical and business teams within complex environments; • Mastery of Agile and V-model methodologies; • Rigor, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to [e-mail] in 2008, Kéoni Consulting is an IT consulting and engineering firm specializing in the banking, financial markets, insurance, and industrial sectors.
