Job summary

Keoni seeks an experienced IT Supply/Logistics Project Manager to lead IT supply chain, logistics, and customer service projects within a global IT department. You will act as the interface between business units, technical teams, software vendors and integrators to ensure timely delivery.

The role covers TMS developments, regulatory document flows (EDMS, customs), and related transport/logistics initiatives. Strong experience in APIs, ERP, WMS, and EDI is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects involving software vendors and integrators.
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying a market-leading TMS.
• Proficiency in V-model and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong technical and functional skills in integrations and interfaces: APIs, web services, flat files, EDI; ERP, WMS, middleware.

Responsibilities

• Project scoping and structuring of business requirements.
• Delivery management using V-model or Agile methodologies (backlog, sprints, milestones).
• Coordination of stakeholders (business analysts, business owners, development teams, software vendors).
• Management of deployments, cutovers, and hypercare phases.
• Contribution to evolution of the application architecture and stabilization of the environment.
