# IT Migration Project Manager* IT Migration Project ManagerContext: The client is currently undertaking a major modernization program for its information systems. Its objective is to shift gears in terms of IT and digital transformation and build the technological foundations that will enable it to develop the insurance services of tomorrow and have the best IT and digital systems in the sector. This involves creating, on the one hand, industrialized product and service production platforms (retirement savings, health, life insurance, etc.), and, on the other hand, customer relationship management platforms that leverage the services of the former. Three key areas are being addressed: managing the heterogeneity and obsolescence of our IT systems; improving the customer experience; and simplifying the tools offered to our employees.• Establishing common activities and tasks across migrations • Capitalizing on existing know-how and best practices • Providing a comprehensive response to the challenges and ambitions of the platforms involved. The response has been the implementation of a shared migration governance structure (primarily within the Retirement Savings scope) through the MOVER project, which has been running for the past year and a half. We are therefore seeking a new project manager whose role will be to lead this governance from both an IT perspective (implementing a migration "factory") and a business perspective (communication, change management, contract amendments, etc.).PROFILE Project Management (Business Analyst - IT) > 2000 person- hours Areas of Expertise : IT Project Methodology (Agile, V-model, hybrid) Understanding of technical foundations and technologies Experience with ITIL processes You have over 20 years of project management experience. You already have experience with a significant migration project .
