Entegro seeks an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead telecoms projects, partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role is based in France or Germany, requiring oversight of cross-functional project teams and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with HSEQ, and drive continuous improvement across technical and operational domains, while traveling as required to project sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project delivery roles in telecoms.
• Experience managing field-based teams and subcontractors.
• Strong English written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Forecast, plan, and manage the project delivery within schedule and budget.
• Lead an effective team to meet delivery commitments and optimize resource use.
• Ensure health, safety and quality compliance on all projects.
• Manage budgets, track revenue and report to management.
