Job summary

EBA CLEARING is hiring an IT Specialist to join the Corporate Technology Unit in Paris. You will help operate IT infrastructure and administrative applications, and serve as a point of contact for users both onsite and remotely.

The role requires a Computer Science degree and at least five years in IT, including three in similar positions. Fluency in English is essential, and experience with Azure/Office 365 and Jira Cloud is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Computer Science Degree in Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of proven fulltime professional IT experience, with 3 years in a comparable role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus.
• Experience providing IT support in an international environment.
• Strong experience deploying, administering and managing Microsoft Azure/Office 365 stack on users’ devices and profiles.
• Familiar with Zero Trust concepts and patch management in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate IT infrastructure and administrative applications.
• Provide first-line IT support to users (onsite and remote).
• Coordinate incident resolution with service providers per SLAs.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
• Contribute to IT projects and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Coordinate internal training and liaise with external suppliers.
