Qualifikationen

• Experience in an IT support, helpdesk, service desk or IT administration role (internships/apprenticeships acceptable).
• Practical understanding of Windows and/or macOS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with productivity/collaboration tools (MS 365, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Structured approach to diagnosing problems and resolving them.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
• Fluent French and good working English; able to operate in an international team.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line support for laptops, peripherals, printers, connectivity and common software issues.
• Respond to support requests clearly, professionally and within priorities.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and other business applications.
• Assist with account access, passwords, MFA and basic application permissions.
• Record requests, actions taken and outcomes to identify recurring issues.
• Escalate incidents needing specialist support with context.
• Set up laptops, accounts and standard apps for new joiners.
• Coordinate access changes for role changes or departures.
• Support secure return, preparation and handover of devices.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding information and flag gaps in the process.
• Act as local IT contact for the Paris office.
• Maintain assets view of devices and basic IT equipment.
• Assist with meeting-room, presentation and connectivity issues.
• Follow IT security and data protection policies.
