Snipe RH Executive Search partners with a leading Family Office to build a new international investment platform. We seek an Investment Director to define the fund’s strategy, shape its portfolio across Europe and the US, and lead the first investments and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has a strong Growth Equity / Private Equity track record, technology exposure, and international experience, with entrepreneurial drive to build a platform from the ground up.

Snipe RH Executive Search is partnering with a leading Family Office to build a new international investment platform.

We are looking for an Investment Director to join the project at a particularly strategic stage: building the fund, its investment strategy and its portfolio from the ground up.

The fund will pursue an entrepreneurial Growth Equity & Buy-and-Build strategy, targeting high-growth businesses at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Industry, across Europe and the United States.

The ambition is significant: to identify the technologies that will transform industry and build, through organic growth and acquisitions, the future leaders of the sector.

You will have the opportunity to play a direct role in:

• defining the fund’s investment strategy and priority verticals;
• building the origination pipeline and network across Europe and the US;

THE PROFILE

We are targeting an investment professional with a strong track record in Growth Equity / Private Equity, combined with significant exposure to technology-driven businesses.

Beyond academic credentials and technical excellence, we are looking for a rare combination of:

Investment track record + Technology mindset + International exposure + Entrepreneurial drive.

Ideally, you will have:

• significant experience within a top-tier Growth Equity / Private Equity fund;
• a proven track record in origination, investment analysis and transaction execution;
• genuine expertise or significant exposure to technology, ideally AI and/or technologies applied to industry;
• meaningful professional experience in the United States, with a genuine understanding of the US entrepreneurial and technology ecosystem;
• a strong international mindset and the ability to operate naturally across Europe and the US.

You enjoy building rather than waiting, meeting entrepreneurs, developing investment theses, opening markets, identifying acquisition targets and driving transactions forward.
