OneRagtime invites a seasoned venture professional to join its Paris office as a builder of capital and collaborations. You will transform trusted relationships into investment opportunities, identify outstanding founders early, and oversee investments across their lifecycle using OneRagtime’s proprietary tech and AI tools.

You will work with ambitious entrepreneurs, experienced investors and industry leaders while helping scale a technology-powered European investment platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Strong existing network across the European startup and investment ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with founders, investors and senior decision-makers.
• Experience assessing, negotiating and executing investments or strategic transactions.
• Strong analytical skills with sound commercial instinct.
• Genuine fluency in AI and understanding of its impact on companies and investments.
• Entrepreneurial track record demonstrated via a company, product or initiative.
• Confidence and communication skills to represent OneRagtime publicly.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English.
• Ability to manage several priorities with energy and organization.

• Engage the OneRagtime investor community and connect its network with portfolio companies.
• Represent OneRagtime at major tech and investment events and across social media.

Your role

First and foremost, you are a connector.

You are already deeply embedded in the European tech ecosystem and have a natural ability to bring the right founders, investors, operators and strategic partners together.

You will transform trusted relationships into exceptional investment opportunities, identify outstanding founders early and take ownership of investments throughout their lifecycle.

Who we are looking for

You are a builder with strong business judgement, entrepreneurial energy and the ability to turn ideas and relationships into action.

You bring:

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A, entrepreneurship, technology, strategy consulting or a related environment
• A strong existing network across the European startup and investment ecosystem
• A proven ability to build trusted relationships with founders, investors and senior decision-makers
• Experience assessing, negotiating and executing investments or strategic transactions
• Strong analytical skills combined with sound commercial instinct
• Genuine fluency in AI and a clear understanding of how it is transforming companies and investment
• An entrepreneurial track record, demonstrated through a company, product, community or initiative you have built
• The confidence and communication skills to represent OneRagtime publicly
• Full professional fluency in both French and English
• The organisation, energy and resourcefulness required to manage several priorities at once

An engineering background or strong technical training is a major plus.
