Snipe RH, a specialist executive search firm, is partnering with a leading global Private Equity house to hire an Investment Analyst in Paris. The role offers a demanding yet formative environment with close exposure to senior professionals.

You will analyze opportunities, build financial models (LBO, valuations), conduct due diligence, and prepare investment materials while interacting with management teams and external advisors.

Responsabilités

• Analyze investment opportunities including screening, sector studies, benchmarking.
• Build financial models (LBO, valuation, scenarios).
• Contribute to due diligence (financial, strategic, ESG).
• Prepare investment memos and committee materials.
• Support transaction execution including structuring and advisor coordination.
• Monitor portfolio companies with reporting and KPI reviews.
• Analyze strategic plans and value creation initiatives.
• Interact with management teams and external advisors.
• Assist portfolio review committees and board meetings.
• Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities.
• Participate in sector monitoring and deal sourcing efforts.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s network (banks, advisors, entrepreneurs).

We have been retained by one of the most iconic and well-established global Private Equity houses, which is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join its Paris office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to work directly with a small, entrepreneurial team.

The role offers a particularly demanding yet highly formative environment, with a steep learning curve and close exposure to senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Analysis & Execution

• Participate in the analysis of investment opportunities (screening, sector studies, benchmarking)
• Build financial models (LBO, valuation, scenarios)
• Contribute to due diligence processes (financial, strategic, ESG)
• Prepare investment materials (investment memos, committees)
• Support transaction execution (structuring, coordination of advisors)
• Contribute to the monitoring of portfolio companies (reporting, performance, KPIs)
• Participate in the analysis of strategic plans and value creation initiatives
• Interact with management teams and external advisors
• Assist in the preparation of portfolio review committees and board meetings

3. Research & Origination

• Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities
• Participate in sector monitoring and deal sourcing efforts
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s network (banks, advisors, entrepreneurs)
