EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department, offering maximum ownership and autonomy to architect systems from 0 to 1. You will work in a high-growth environment, reporting to the department founder and collaborating with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Ideal candidates have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as AI Infrastructure.
• You will translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• You will architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
