Snipe RH Executive Search partners with a leading Family Office to build a new international investment platform. We seek an Investment Director to define the fund’s strategy, shape its portfolio across Europe and the US, and lead the first investments and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has a strong Growth Equity / Private Equity track record, technology exposure, and international experience, with entrepreneurial drive to build a platform from the ground up.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an investment professional with a strong Growth Equity / Private Equity track record.
• Significant exposure to technology-driven businesses is valued.
• International exposure and entrepreneurial drive are essential.

Responsabilités

• Define the fund’s investment strategy and priority verticals.
• Build the origination pipeline and network across Europe and the US.
• Source and execute the first investments and acquisitions.
• Develop buy-and-build strategies and value creation plans.
• Work directly with entrepreneurs and management teams.
• Contribute to the development of the investment team and platform.
